IML Manager- Mauritius  Accountable for:  - Consumption and wastage of raw material.  - Quality control, monitoring the production process.  - Ensure to arrange Preventive maintenance of machines.  - Motivation & supervising the supporting team.  - Training, Induction and trade test.  - Efficient use of man power  - Ensure the right quality of labels and molds as and when needed   - Responsible for effectively handling of injection moulding operations and achieving OEE targets.  - Responsible for reducing the wastage & scrap during the production.  - Responsible for operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets, quality and delivery of plastic product within the time and cost parameters.  - To control and minimize rejection by rectifying mould problems, machine problem and by troubleshooting of process.  - Coordinate with labeling divn for right quality labels and mold available as per production plan  - Determining the future needs and production capacity for producing required quantities of items on pre-defined standards within financial costs.  - Shift management and job distribution of entire manpower by utilizing all available resources like machine, mould and manpower.  - Ensure that maintenance plans are prepared and followed accurately.  - Direct and lead problem solving activities within teams for process improvements.  - Planning, implementing & executing process improvement initiatives, leading new start ups and establishing production lines, streamlining production activities.  - Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the immediate Superior.  - Daily reporting to General Manager Operations about all production activities and changes.
