Collaborate with specialist HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Learning and Rewards to design solutions to cater to the people priorities of your teams  - Drive the implementation/ roll out of org-wide people initiatives for your teams. Initiatives include, but are not restricted to learning interventions, talent reviews, benefits communication/ enrolment etc.   - Review and analyse team data across employee engagement, attrition, career growth etc. Derive insights and use the same to drive structure reviews with managers  - Support managers with creating hiring reqs, getting approvals and coordinating with Talent Acquisition. Good understanding of various HR workstreams  Strong skills in :   - developing effective relationships, communication, managing expectations, scaling in a fast paced organization  - Solid analytical skills to turn data into sound business decisions; ability to use data/ insights to influence stakeholders and drive decision making  - High levels of ownership and execution orientation  - MBA from a tier 1 business school is preferred
