- Analytic driven portfolio actions aimed at customer on-boarding, deepening & retention, as a result growing Savings Balance Sheet and number of loyal customers.
- Train and motivate the sales force, 400+ branches across India to market the Savings Account solution
- Keep abreast with the developments in retail banking and other service industries, try to leverage their learning’s to ensure ING Savings Solution is best in class.
- Keen interest to understand consumer behaviour, trend in small business segments and develop new ideas in Retail Banking.

Job Specifications:
- Relevant Experience in Current Account with 3-5 Yrs of experience
- MBA from Premier Institute
- Good analytical skills, Persuasive, Decisive, Assertive, Flexible and High on Networking & Multitasking Skills
- Good communication and relationship management skills
