EXPECTED END RESULTS	  1. Project is delivered on time	  - Taking responsibility for overall progress and use of resources;  - Organising production of all project internal plans (e.g. requirement plans, test plans, training plans, configuration plans, quality plans, communication plans) ;  - Acting as the focal point for all project issues, risks and escalations;  - Initiate corrective actions where necessary;  2. Direct and motivate the project team	  - Managing, co-ordinating, planning, resourcing, and controlling all project activities;  - Agreeing any delegation and use of a assurance/directing role, as may be required by senior management;  3. Project maintains adequate risk profile	  - Managing the risks (for which he/she is the risk owner), including the development of contingency plans;  4. Adequate awareness exists and communication takes place about and around project	  - Liaising with the Program Manager, if the project is part of a Program/cluster of Projects;  - Ensuring that key members of the project team and stakeholders are adequately involved in the project;   - Liaising with and managing expectations of the project Executive, users, suppliers and Project Board;   - Ensuring correct project reporting is carried out according to IVBL and project-specific communication guidelines and metrics captured;  5. Project is delivered according to agreed scope and with adequate quality	  - Ensuring the required quality of all project deliverables;  6. Project is delivered within agreed budget	  - Monitoring, controlling, approving project expenditure;
