Major Activities:

Quality and uniform credit appraisal:

- Underwriting and approval of loans and ensuring that all credit processes are followed and policy norms are implemented.

- Personal discussion with customers to understand business, cash flows, purpose of loan, etc.

- Checking disbursements and ensuring collateral perfection.

- Visiting projects and properties.

Credit TATs within acceptable levels:

- Timely decision of cases.

- Tracking agency performance on TATs

Quality credit portfolio:

- Improving fraud control activities.

- Maintaining MIS for the region.
