Position Summary:-  Accountable for field investigations activities and deliverables of the department in tandem with Legal and Enforcement Authorities  Key Responsibilities:-  - Facilitating fraud risk assessments  - Understanding of basic legal concepts relating to fraud offences (Elements of offences, types of offences, collection/admissibility of evidence)  - Responsible to collect and analyze information from a variety of sources to project forecast identical trend  - Monitoring fraud trends and developing fraud alerts  - Creating fraud awareness:  - To create awareness among employees on fraud that they may come across in their daily work through on-going staff awareness programme  - Training on fraud Deterrence  - Assisting the business in establishing processes and/ or systems to continually monitor customer and employee behaviour for suspected fraudulent activity (e.g. fraud alerts)  - Coordinating with other local functions and liaising with fraud investigators/ Investigating potential fraud cases/ Reported Fraud  - To set up a robust fraud/ risk sampling process and setting red flags to trigger the irregularities regularly  - To maintain proper surveillance on internal/ external persons of doubtful integrity  - Act as the first point of contact for any internal investigation/inquiry  - Tracking unethical transactions/dual employment  - Due diligence on market awareness  - Surprise branch visits  - Liaison with local law enforcement & industry peers to develop intelligence on fraud trends and prevention strategies.  - Handle the collection/advisor commission recovery process regionally  - Support the Fraud Detection Unit (FDU) in their regular activities  - Collections/ Recovery (Advisor Commission)  - Co-ordination with Legal & Enforcement Authorities  Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:-  - Graduate  - 6 – 8 years of work experience  Personal Attributes & Competencies:-  - Negotiation Skills  - Investigation Skills  - Networking Skills  - Trustworthy, Confident and Assertive  - Logical Decision Making
