Infrastructure Services Head - APAC (require woman candidates only )

The incumbent would be required to manage delivery for a single large engagement or a portfolio of engagements. In the case of a single large engagement, the size could be in excess of $100 million over a 5 years period and would include IO Delivery + transformation.

If he/she is required to manage portfolio of engagement, it would also require the person to manage a clutch of Senior Managers of these accounts in addition to being hands on in managing his/her own delivery accounts.

In addition to managing the offshore delivery, the person would be expected to manage client engagement too, solutioning, presales activity, be involved in scope changes.

Listened to customer requirements and achieved cost savings by ensuring timely project delivery, improving operational efficiency, and managing internal and external vendor negotiations.

As Director of Infrastructure Service Delivery, accountable for offshore service delivery, program/project management, business development and client relationship management for retail accounts in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsible for leading, mentoring and growing an organization, including service delivery managers, program/project managers, Solution Architects and technical engineers.

Implemented governance and client partnership that led to a collaborative & high-growth relationship driving strong customer satisfaction, delivery of new IT service capabilities and service delivery operational excellence .
