Infrastructure Architect

The role will provide the right candidate with an excellent opportunity to work in a team of strong engineers specializing in a range of technologies with a remit to define and build integrated architectures for secure, scalable infrastructure services serving a diverse set of Cloud use cases.

Principal Responsibilities :

- As a member of the Critical Infrastructure team, the team member's primary responsibility will be to design, engineer and deploy next-generation infrastructure products & services.

- The team member will be expected to expand in the role to work with other project teams in the Technology Division.

- The team member must be self-directed, analytical, able to work with many different teams, and able to set and meet project milestones and deadlines.

Required Experience/Skills :

- Experience of developing architectures for infrastructure services in context of cloud infrastructure build out and provisioning

- Hands on experience of deploying one or more on-demand services - aaS of Critical infra covering DNS, DHCP, PXE, OS Imaging, Authentication/Authorization, Identity Management & Config Management for private Cloud.

- Good understanding of fundamental network concepts including OSI Model & firewalls

- System reliability Engineering of the Critical infra - aaS post prod deployment.

- Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills

Good To Have Experience/Skills :

- Experience of engineering UNIX and/or Windows based build and run time services

- Experience in any modern programming/scripting language (Java, Shell, Perl or Python)

- Additional knowledge of network engineering or system administration preferred

- Strong grasp of automation and tuning skills

- Experience of managing core runtime Infrastructure services in a DevOps/ SRE role
