- Candidate should have relevant experience in Overseas compensation and benefits ( USA & rest of the world ) and understanding of respective local regulations. - Candidate should be able to design, drive & implement C&B interventions (Programs) / Process improvements initiatives - Work with Cross functional teams to drive system enhancement and process improvement initiatives, Prepare key analytics by analyzing benchmark and research reports and report on business implications of HR initiatives - Knowledge of C&B concepts, Models, Design techniques, Policy creation. - Knowledge of industry wide best practices and Benchmarks. - Knowledge of Forecasting/ Analysis techniques and tools - Conduct / Participate in Internal and External audits
