Responsibilities  - Design, develop & implement talent management & organization development solutions for business in partnership with HR Business Partners  - Ensures that Business employees follow appropriate development tracks, encouraging role- and track -specific employee development programs and supporting function specific development programs   - Responsible for Rolling out of policies, procedures, processes and systems related to Talent management at various position/levels across the organization   - Consults the HRBP's for organizational changes within their areas.   - Arranges, facilitates and improves the Business Organizational Talent Review process including succession planning and ensures achievement of talent pipeline targets. (selection, retention, development and exportation  - Involved in the work-force analysis for deriving the work force requirements at org level for promotions and liaising with Finance functions for ensuring promotion budget achievement on a quarterly basis  - Ensuring regular communication to the relevant shareholders  - Recommending changes in the OD processes in line with the industry standards/ benchmark data to increase process efficiency without compromising the organization values, goals and culture   - Monitoring current and emerging performance management issues/ trends, prepare and present strategic recommendations to the management  - Analysing insights from organisation wide talent data and recommend and design initiatives to fill strategic talent gaps  - Providing supervision and direction to the shared services team to ensure timely and good quality service.   - Involved in designing the operations metrics for the HR functions   Requirements:  - Excellent communication skills  - Good Analytic Skills  - Ability to work with scale  - MBA from top B School
