Provide data and experiential inputs on various HR process and system improvement proposals, programs run and relevant trends and recommend process improvements and innovations.   - Analytics and reporting with a view to capture business impact, and identify strategic interventions/ areas of improvement   - Assist in key /strategic initiatives within the Practice.   Skills required :   - Design and conceptualization ability   - Good Analytical Skills; Sound knowledge of analytical tools and techniques   - Program Management, Change management and ability to multi task   - Strong Influencing and Cross Cultural skills   - Strong Leadership, team management and interpersonal skills   Requirements :   - MBA from a well known Tiered MBA college
