An Individual who has specifically worked on Solution Design / Pre-Sales team from an IT Infra perspective.  The ideal candidate needs to have in-depth understanding of the technology terminologies, trends in the market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The preferable candidate would be the one who has move up the knowledge chain by working in IT Operations, IT Transition and graduated to Pre-Sales / Solution Design stream.  Eligibility:  MBA + minimum 4 years of Experience  BE + minimum 5 years of experience  Non BE Graduate minimum 7 years of experience  Aera of Responsibility are  Competitive and market analysis: Gathers data and analyses specific segments IN ORDER TO assist in the creation of the market intelligence and gap analysis report.  Define the solution: Contributes in specific areas of a presentation/ thought paper (POV - point of view) describing a proposed solution including the pricing model, operating model and value proposition IN ORDER TO complete the deliverable.  Creating Collaterals: Develops the content and formats the same IN ORDER TO prepare the collateral.  Understanding Client Business Context: Collate background information of the client/ prospect IN ORDER TO enhance the understanding of the client context  Develop the customized solution: Develop parts of the customized solution/ contribute to creation of the entire solution IN ORDER TO help create a differentiated value proposition  RFP Process: Creates the RFP response as per the RFP Process defined IN ORDER TO bid for the deal  Client Interactions: Participates in client interactions such as solutioning sessions, workshops, client visits etc. IN ORDER TO understand and learn the pursuit process  Knowledge Management: Creation of reusable artifacts IN ORDER TO contribute to an updated knowledge repository  Location: Bangalore
