Role -Consultant  Location - Bangalore  Job Level - 5B  Purpose of the job - To provide consulting support to solve business problems in supply chain domain for our global clients leveraging Transformation methodologies and assets.   The role requires strong consulting skills, supply chain domain expertise and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated experience working with complex business process outsourcing, originating or delivering managed service opportunities.   The Role requires creativity and resourcefulness and will utilize innovative solutions to deliver superior business outcomes for clients.   Lead and participate large-scale transformation projects. Work proactively with Client stakeholders to refine their current business processes or develop a new operating model in line with competitive and market forces.   Also identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge.   Identify best practices and client performance gaps, if any. Use tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations.  Professional experience desired  - 7 - 9 years of overall professional experience   - Exposure and experience in the business process services industry  - Experience in transitioning new engagements in the order management and supply chain processes   - Experience in driving transformation and performance improvements in order management and supply chain processes  - Exposure to global market is desirable  - Strong Consulting and project management skills and demonstrated experience in managing teams across functions and geographies  Domain Expertise :   Order Management, Supply Chain Planning which includes Demand, Supply, S&OP, Distribution, Inventory Planning, Logistics planning & execution, supply chain performance management.   Industry Expertise: One or more of the Manufacturing, Retail, CPG and Logistics   Education - minimum required - Graduate, MBA (preferred)  Skills and Knowledge requirements   Knowledge: Account Management; Project and Program Management; Talent Management; Ability to comprehend technology, Quality frameworks; Process Knowledge; frameworks and approaches to drive end-to-end transformation, Proficiency in one or more of Transformation methodologies.  Experience in successfully leading multidisciplinary teams and building strong relationship with key stakeholders. Overall project and program management experience and leadership skills. IN ORDER TO develop diagnostic report, benchmark report, process documents, fit gap analysis documentation, requirements documents.   Identify potential business opportunities for Infosys BPO Service Offerings (Client Mining) by partnering with Sales & Client relationship teams to source and sell new opportunities.  Participate in client meetings, review the alternative options, approach along with the pros and cons including risks IN ORDER TO define and develop an optimal option for the customer. Develop real world solutions to resolve client business needs.  Develop methodologies to support transformation projects, creates tools, templates, frameworks and other knowledge artifacts IN ORDER TO increase our market credibility/ differentiation and ability to re-use the same  Support creation of best practice databases IN ORDER TO use for solution development  Supports creation of domain specific knowledge in areas of expertise IN ORDER TO have a practitioner based approach  Develop and articulate proof of concept for clients including strategy, scope, staffing, engagement setup and execution and also supervise transformation projects.  Manage a team of consultants to ensure that deliverables are met with quality, on-time and in budget.  Engage with Senior level stakeholders effectively in a dialogue  Work with pursuit teams to provide subject matter expertise and industry insights for large outsourcing deals
