Position : Business Development Manager - MICROS ( XStore)   Job Location : Gurgaon  Experience : 7 Years   - MBA with minimum 7 years of sales experience in Business Development, Strategic Account Management in India for MICROS (Currently Oracle XSTORE).  - Should have hands on expertise in churning the lead at the grass root level.   - The person should have the acumen to build up a robust relationship for both internal and external customers and have the bonding capability with the executive team.   - Should come from mid to large IT organisations of repute in India.   - Excellent command over communication; should be a visionary with keenness for dig out market trends. Lastly but not the least the person should be a self-starter as a front end sales person during building of a BU / Sub BU for the organization.   - Highly self-motivated team player, Customer-Oriented attitude, strong interpersonal communications, organizational and presentation skills.
