This role is based in Nagpur.  As the Delivery Excellence Lead, you would be responsible to implement strategic delivery processes and frameworks. Define and Design internal solutions to capture change areas within the existing delivery processes better. You will also be responsible to implement best delivery practices and measures within multiple teams at InfoCepts and Strategically align the entire delivery function to achieve business objectives better.  Primary Responsibilities   - The primary responsibility will be to support other Delivery mangers and manage complex projects using the InfoCepts Insights Delivery (IID) Framework.  - Ensuring the projects adhere to CMMI and ISO standards  - Provide effective leadership around compliance and industry best practices to project teams.  - Ability to create new or tweak existing delivery processes and frameworks to better align to business objectives.  - Ensure that there is a business perspective on how the new capabilities will be delivered to the business and ensure that all necessary business change activities are successfully implemented to ensure overall project success and embedding of the business solution.  - Fully comply with and adhere to relevant IT standards and processes.  - Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations. Conduct Process Reviews. Technical Reviews and Senior Leadership Reviews  - Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. Make adjustments as necessary.  - Manage change requests and escalate accordingly. Ability to get attention from stakeholders and recovery from a troubled state.  Required Skills & Experience  - 10 to 15 years of overall experience within IT Software Services Delivery, 2 years- in a delivery leadership role (Project/ Delivery Manager)  - Business Process Re-engineering Experience. A Six Sigma Green/ Black Belt Certification is preferred.  - Proven Experience identifying problem areas within the delivery organization and proposing solutions around the same.  - Experience with implementing IT Industry standards and Best Practices for Delivery.  - Experience creating business delivery processes and frameworks from scratch is good to have.  - Strategic Thinking and a ability to work as a Change Agent  - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology is good to have.
