Job Description / Responsibilities:   - Planning and execution of SEM/PPC campaigns across search engines optimized for traffic and ROI  - Ensuring optimal keyword coverage both on text ads and Product listing ads across search platforms with budget constraints  - Identifying rich target audience, getting creatives done, planning and execution of optimized display campaigns on google display networks and other ad exchanges  - Efficient scaling up (and down) of both search and display campaigns as per requirement  - Detailed and analytical monitoring/optimization of all campaigns  - Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.  - Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead  Desired Candidate Profile  B.Tech or B.Engg. from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute (IITs, RECs, etc.)  MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 institute is desirable  - Exposure of Google Adwords/SEM/Display Marketing is a must  - Excellent Analytical skills  - Should be able to own campaign management end-to-end  - Understanding or exposure to analytical modeling will be an added advantage  - Ability to work on scalable solutions in a fast moving startup environment
