Demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the business, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise.  Specific duties and responsibilities  - Establishing controls across the day to day business & funds management  - Driving standardization & process improvement across operating businesses in all aspects of planning and reporting, including best practice sharing  - Ensuring timely information and MIS for all external and MIS for all external & internal stakeholders  - Finalizing books of accounts & Manage the entire gamut of financial activities like AP, AR, handling cash inventory booksetc  - Responsible for setting up controls & documentation  - Responsible for monthly closing/estimates and develop reliable estimates of costs, cash and key working capital accounts; communicate current results and estimates to business leaders  - Work with functional and business leaders to understand & drive opportunities for Growth and managing cost. Lead and provide analytics on strategic initiative  Education and experience:  - Must be preferably a CA.   - CS with relevant work experience can also be reviewed  - Should have 5+ years of experience in a similar role.  - Excellent academic credentials   - Experience with operations preferred.  - Must have handled AP/AR & cash inventory books  - Should have exposure to setting up business processes  - Have a flair for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods.  - Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.  - Self-motivated to learn &participate in new projects in an evolving environment  - Advanced MS - Office Suite skills  Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA  About Industrybuying.com :   Industrybuying.com is India's largest e-commerce platform for industrial supplies.
