Call Centre Head  Job purpose :  As head of the call centre, the person should be responsible for the design, management & improvement for all customer facing processes owned and managed by the call centre.   - The incumbent is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity and efficiency of departmental operations through supervision of team.   - Lead and train team who are online with customers to ensure delight to the customers.  Specific duties and responsibilities :  - Core experience in running a call center - infrastructure, technology, telephony   - People management - hiring, training, retention, incentives   - Expertise in setting up new call center processes, training materials, productivity, customer service, strategies, quality management  - Automation and workflow for call center operations - developing automation for new and existing processes at call centers to improve productivity   - Maintains and improves call center operations (Voice, Chat and Email) by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans, completing system analyses, managing system and process improvement   - Analyze customer satisfaction reports and use the information to find ways to enhance customer experience  - Dialogue with internal/external clients(various businesses)about customer service issues or queries  - Build a team with right set of skills, both functional and behavioural, to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.  Knowledge and skills and experience :  - 8+ years of relevant experience   - Smart and energetic with experience in setting up & running a call centre  - Expertise in team management  - Good communication & interpersonal skills   - Leadership and mentoring skills   - Decision making capability   - Willing to be a part of a start up's challenging environment  About Industrybuying.com :   - Industrybuying.com is India's largest eCommerce platform for industrial supplies.
