Position : Assistant Manager- Marketing

Location : Delhi/NCR

Job Responsibilities :

- Own and Drive performance for Direct Marketing channels like Email, SMS and Mobile App.

- Develop effective customer acquisition programs to acquire new customers.

- Drive the planning, management and execution of all customer retention activities across channels.

- Design and execute marketing communications/ programs to cross-sell and up sell to current customers.

- Manage Marketing Automation and Emailing Solutions, database and analytics around the same

- Develop Product related Integrated Marketing Campaigns with the objective of Lead Generation & Customer Relationship Management.

- Find innovative ways to generate leads and high value subscriber base.

Desired Candidate's Profile :

- 0-4 years of work experience in relevant profile. Prior experience in Online Marketing or in a high-growth startup is good to have.

- B.Tech from Tier 1 institute + MBA (Tier 1/2 colleges preferred).

- Prior CRM experience is good to have but not necessary.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Should have good written and verbal communication skills.

- Good Project Management skills.

- Someone who can take challenging initiatives and drive it to a meaningful completion.
