Industry Expert - Airport  Designation : Industry Expert - Airport - USA  Reporting to : Geo Sales Head  Our Client, a leading Travel company is looking for a senior domain expert who drives thought leadership and establishes the company's value proposition in key verticals. We are seeking an ambitious, bright, forward thinking, entrepreneurial and high-spirited individual to join us as Industry Expert - Airport - USA, to establish domain expertise and support sales team into its next stage of growth.   The position is based in Atlanta - USA and reports to Geo Sales Head.   Essential Experience :  - Engage with CXOs/ LOB heads to identify business needs and propose solutions that are aligned with key business drivers and competencies  - Clearly establish the company's domain expertise early in the game and sustain throughout the sales process  - Showcase thought leadership by articulating industry challenges, developments and trends; develop insights and be able to recommend pro-active industry strategies   - Identify domain specific solutions, suggest and validate various solution options based on industry trends and specific client needs   - Work closely with key account team; BDMs, Account Managers, Pre-sales, Solution Specialists through the sales process in defining the appropriate solution and ensuring successful closure of the deal  - Provide subject matter expertise (SME) to the account team in the Airport, Airline & Travel domain   - Build domain competencies and manage knowledge base  - Be a visionary for the respective domain in areas of expertise and showcase thought leadership through workshops and presentations in leading industry forums, blogs and thought papers   Primary Job Responsibilities :   - Develop and refine the growth strategy, adapting to the Global market to further drive ITES growth as well as revenue generation and other KPIs (Internal/External customer satisfaction); Apply understanding of fundamental of Airline industry and strategic issues.  - Domain Experience - Airport, Airline & Travel of selling on/offshore blended projects / Software Development /Services Offerings.  - Meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability, new customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction goals in assigned region.  - C Level / CXO Level Sales; Sales Penetration of focus Accounts and Grow the territory with new account/Logo sales achievement  Leadership Requirements :   Balanced strategic thinking and operating skills :   The ideal candidate should be an innovative, entrepreneurial leader who can build a business from the ground up in a new market as well as someone who is a strong operator who can execute against the business strategy.
