Position Name - National Sales Manager - LACR (Loan Against Card Receivables)

Job Location - Delhi/NCR

Experience : 10 - 16 Years

Education : Should be post graduate.

JD :

- Responsible for New customer acquisition and servicing of existing customers of the bank.

- Relationship management with DSAs and Merchant acquisition vendors

- Candidate should have financial understanding i.e. ability to read the balance sheet/ deriving the different financial ratios etc.. And have discussion with credit on proposals

- Develop Business Development channels at national level.

- Co-ordinate with branch distribution teams

- Ensure that the SOPs laid for the business - Compliance / control mechanisms etc are followed

- Work on productivity of the business team

- Help develop Strategy for building the book - Defining new target segments / pricing etc

- Work towards achievement of fee targets - opening new fee lines

- Manage delinquency of the book
