Job Description:  - Understand and assemble the Website related requirements from Business and Product teams  - Implementation of website requirements from system perspective through discussions and co-ordination with Technology teams and Vendors for development, testing and Go Live.  - Interact with multiple cross functional teams, specifically IT teams and be responsible for end to end delivery including Requirements, Solution Design, Implementation, Testing and SOP rollout.  - Conceptualize and implement Business Solutions for the website requirements to standardize operations and service activities. Implement the defined processes and ensure that systems are in place to measure implementation  - Create business process documents for various Websites initiatives and manage integration though various Channels - Net Banking or integrations with 3rd party like eMudhra etc  - Coordinate with Business Team to understand Website requirements and formalize process for Operations.  - Expertise in Project Management, Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering in a Banking or Financial Service Industry  - Responsible for business-technology innovation across service and self service delivery channels including Phone Banking, ATM, Cards and Internet  Skill Set Required:  - MBA with technical background   - 4 to 6 years industry experience in IT, Banking or a Consulting firm in varied banking functions and systems implementation  - Ability to communicate technical matters at both a technical and management level  Personal Attributes:  Key Skills and Knowledge:  - Good communication, networking and relationship skills with ability to forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders   - Working knowledge of Internet banking would be an advantage  Key Competencies:  - Passion: Executes with speed & accuracy, constantly raises the bar for self & team  - Organizational Capability: Builds structures, systems & processes to support the strategy, sets personal example in driving quality, focuses on productivity as a business lever & leverages technology as a force multiplier  - Decisiveness: Ability to make decisions/judgments and deliver results  - Analytical Thinking: Display ability to breakdown and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
