Job Summary   - To manage premier banking customer service team- Exclusive & NRI   - To promote efficiency ,innovation and customer focus in service delivery  - To develop customer centric approach   Detailed responsibility:  - Work with premier banking customer service team Service Anchors to ensure their goals are achieved (25 decentralized resources )  - Recruit, train and supervise premier banking customer service team Pan-India  - Drive the team on pre-defined metrics for ex Complaints , Requests ,Ac opening, Deliverables   - Lead and motivate staff to achieve high levels of productivity and customer service   - Drive business initiative w.r.t premium service through - Service Anchors - Pan India .  - Responsible for Channel servicing for premium customers   - Drive process changes impacting the Customer experience across channels - Branches , Contact Center , Website et all  - To contribute in implementing projects led by business or are part of service strategy for improving Customer Experience.   - Monitor CEX performance across channels   - Analyse customer complaints to gauge process lapses & run initiatives to mitigate same .  - Liaison & Work closely with stakeholders in other departments to ensure project delivery  Qualification and Experience:   - Overall Experience of 10 yrs   - Have hands experience in servicing customer directly   - Experience of managing diverse workforce in decentralized mode   - A track record of continuous improvement in service delivery   Skills :  - Excellent communication & Inter personal skills   - Strong Stakeholder Management skills   - Works collaboratively with other departments  - Able to mentor and coach a young team   - Develop and promote customer focused solutions  - Believe in high standards of service
