Key responsibilities  - Activating CA portfolio growth in focus CA branches  - Ensure high client coverage and engagement by team members  - Work on Product customizations  - Data Analytics to identify key focus clients, opportunities etc  - Design/Support and Execute/Support in CA engagement model  - Drive CA business performance in focus branches- Activation of all channels for CA sourcing  - Product customization together with team based on branch feedback  - Overall owner of quality of sourcing in focus branches  Desired Profile and Skill-set  1. MBA from Tier 2/3 institutes  2. Proficiency in excel modelling and calculations  3. Prior work-ex of 1 - 4 years (Work-ex pre MBA is also acceptable)  4. Inter-personal skills to form strong working relationships with Zonal Head, Regional Heads and Branch managers  5. Ability to manage a team of 8-10 Team Members  6. Prior experience in banking Industry and especially on Current account is Must  Profiles for PAN India role and Regional Roles in Gurgaon and Kolkatta
