Job Purpose:  - Manage Cross Sell from a program management, marketing and business development standpoint to ensure higher customer engagement and product penetration  Key Result Area:  - Responsible for entire Business Planning, MIS and performance management of all Cross Sell Channels - ERM Xsell  - Manage Key aspects of the Cross Sell program - product features, benefits, new opportunities to achieve planned business objectives  - Work in co-ordination with other departments like Analytics, SDG, CPU, IT, Product Teams, Campaign Management, BI & Marketing for managing & re-engineering processes surrounding the Cross Sell program   - Manage the cross sell campaign execution and track performance of these campaigns against desired goals.  - Drive higher penetration of all products in identified segments and deepening of balances in Exclusive Cross Sell customers  Preferred Education Background, Work Experience and Skills :  - Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline  - 4-6 years of work experience in banking  - Prior experience in banking (SA Product), client engagement, customer service, marketing & campaign management  - Excellent communication, analytical & reviewing skills  - The person should be able to derive business strategies based on the data trends & analysis  - Inter-personal coordination & Team Player  - Previous exposure to MIS & control systems. Knowledge of database management is a plus  - Excellent ability to use Excel and Power point
