Job Summary:  - Product team is involved in various facets of product management which includes Product Design, Portfolio Management on one side and driving Product acceptability and portfolio quality through geography units on the other.   - The incumbent will be required to handle the later aspect i,e driving business on specific product parameters so as to achieve quality growth of Savings Account book.  Responsibilities:  - Driving Product Mix through on ground geography units. Set up formal forums involving Zonal /regional teams for the same  - Design and execute product centric campaigns around building of SA book. Same to be done in coordination with channels.  - Achieve strategic alliances with direct Customers/Customer Groups so as to support quality acquisition.   - Forge cross sell and co origination alliances with other banking products  - Mining of the existing portfolio in order to upsell correct product mix  - Achieve budgeted numbers basis above.  Preferred skills:  - Excellent Communication Skills  - Interpersonal skills  - Flair for numbers  - Project management skiils
