Job Title: Head-IT Procurement

Function: Procurement of IT and office equipment;

Negotiations; supply chain management; contract administration and management;

Designation (Grade): DVP/ VP

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

- To oversee procurement function

Reporting to Head-Corporate Services

Responsibility Areas:

- Relevant industry qualifications or accreditations

- Knowledge of financial services industry preferred

- Background in services preferred with ability to assess risks

- Good understanding of Indian supply market

- Excellent project management skills

- Contract management

- Knowledge of Indian commercial tax legislation

- Work with business managers to developing sourcing strategies that support delivery of their business requirements

- Manage high spend, high visibility and complex sourcing projects primarily in the areas of business services

- Vendor evaluation and recommendations process

- Co-ordinate policy and procedural steps

- Develop and maintain vendor relationships and co-ordinate with other stakeholders

- Prepare monthly reports detailing procurement activities

- Manage transactional procurement purchase orders; supply schedules and payments

Preferred Skill Set:

Educational / Professional Qualification: BE (Comp or Elec & Telecommunication); CPSM /CPM/ISM

Technical Knowledge:

- ITES/customer service/Ops

- Work Experience (in Yrs.) >14 years
