Business Analyst will be part of strategy team for Branch Banking at IndusInd Bank. You will work closely with the senior leadership team of the Bank and will be responsible for analysis, planning, strategy for Branch Banking business.   Job Requirements:  - Strong data analytics (proficiency in advance excel/ dashboards) and presentation skills as this role involves various Management and strategic business reviews   - Should be able to analyze and give timely insights on performance of different business units  - Should be able to provide sales support to the Business Head/ Zonal Heads to help run the business better  - Partner with Business Head in managing PNL of Pan-India Branches  - Work closely on business planning, strategy development and execution of the same. Role involves working on mix of business problems including improving profitability of the branch network, ramp up of existing business, productivity improvement etc.  - Market review and competitor analysis of developments/ new trends in different business units  - Strong execution skills as this role involves end to end development & implementation of key strategic initiatives   - Partner with different functions/ Business Heads within the organization - sales, operations, human resources among others in deployment of the business initiatives identified   Education / Experience Required:   - MBA from Tier 1/ 2 B-School  - At least 1-4 years of post MBA experience in strategy or planning or consulting functions   - Prior experience in financial services / banking would be preferred  - Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Power point)   - Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability, detail orientation & interpersonal skills
