Education and Professional Qualification:  -	The person should be from credit background with 6-8 years of experience and should have handled ME OD (Merchant Establishment - OD) product also.   -	Minimum qualification required is C.A.  -	Should have done credit function doing CC limit underwriting and well versed with trade and Forex linked products.  -	Should have knowledge of MEOD product and market practices along with knowledge of portfolio tracking.  Job Description  -	To manage the portfolio Hygiene of BBG Including renewals / stock statements etc.  -	Manage all compliance related matters.  -	Co-ordinate with locations and other departments (like Operations and credit) and functions on day to day matters.  -	Manage LACR portfolio book and also track the book behavior and co-ordinate with business teams on account which show early warning signals.  -	Recommend new product variants in BBG.  -	Managing productivity of the team by various interventions like contest / products etc.   -	Prepare and manage various MIS/ presentations for management.
