Education : Any Bachelors Degree /Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.
Experience and Responsibilities :
- 6-10 Years of experience into HR
- Minimum 3 years should be working as HR Manager.
- Should have hands on Experience on Generalist Role like On-boarding formalities.
- Should have Hands on Experience on Payroll and Statutory regulatory policies.
- Should have Hands on Experience on Recruitment Life Cycle
- Should be able to take Ownership of Provisioning HR Services, policies and Programs.
- Well documented HR Policies, procedures in consultation with all the Stakeholders.
- Take ownership of processes and introduction of Metrics, need to meet Organizational Goals at all functional levels including HR.
- Leverage HR Operations and Functions into seamlessly facilitating service entity, engaging with Organization as a long term strategic partner.
- Should be able to Develop and establish well documented policies, processes and procedures.
- Assist and advise the Management on Strategic matters related to HR, Lead and help to Establish the Human
- Resources practices, set objectives that will provide an Employee oriented performance culture that emphasizes Quality, continues improvement, Key people Retention and Development.
- Evaluate and guide in designing the performance Management system for the Organization.
- Develop and establish Timely hiring practices for the Organization.
- Introduce and Implement Best practices in Employee On-boarding, Development, Need assessment and Training and Development.
- Propose and initiate innovative organizational Development activities and employer Branding Programs.
- Plan and Maintain employee relations through appropriate employee engagement mechanism.
- Initiate organizational level measures and addressing compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees.
