The opportunity is with one of the leading medical device MNCs  Location: Gurgaon/ Mumbai  Main Purpose :  - Own and lead the sourcing process of all Indirect spend categories which includes Professional Services, Marketing, T&E, Freight, Facilities Management and other related categories.   - Champion effective Indirect P2P process delivery.  - Business partnering of the business units and stakeholders to bring incremental value to the business.  - Financial : Estimated annual spend estimated to be US dollar 50 million  People : Individual contributor role, with 1 off role employee reporting  Geographic Scope : ISC  Experience & Knowledge :  - Overall experience of 10 years and about 5 years experience managing Indirect Procurement/Sourcing teams and Indirect Sourcing categories such as Professional Services, Marketing, T&E, Facilities Management for the ISC region.  - University degree (preferably in Engineering or Science)  - Previous working experience within the healthcare or medical device industry.  - Strong background in use of sourcing e-Tools such as Ariba e-RFX, e-Contracts, SAP and Zycus.  - Strong influencing skills.  - Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
