Assistant Manager - Contract Management  1. CA with a minimum of 5 years- experience preferably from Aviation industry.   2. Have a strong understanding of the language of Long term complex Contracts/Agreements of goods & services.  3. Sound knowledge of Ind AS.  4. Working knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation.  5. Exposure of working in SAP will be an added advantage.  6. Experience of verifying & processing complex & multi variable drove invoices for payment to international vendors.  7. Hands on in computation of complex workings and interpretation of a complex clause in the agreements.  8. Experience of statutory deductions and compliances of withholding tax and indirect tax requirement while processing the payments.  9. Should have experience in dealing with A1 & A2 payment for import of goods & services.  10. Strong aptitude of implementing and ensure compliances with internal financial control and company's accounting policies and procedures.  11. Ability to implement strong processes for long term contracts related information management.  12. Settlement of issues and queries of international vendors on self-initiative.  13. Experience of preparing various quarterly/half- yearly/ annually audit schedules for internal and external auditors.   14. Ability to take end to end responsible for accurate periodic book closing and preparation of various MIS and reports for the management.  15. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).  16. Self-driven & motivated professional ready to take on challenges related to airlines sector.  17. Team player with disciplined demeanor.
