The VP of Product Management is responsible for IndiaProperty.com’s overall product strategy and the various products in IPs portfolio. As the Head of the Product Management organization, the person is expected to take a leadership role in defining and delivering the product vision for the company.  - He/ She is also responsible to build a strong team of product managers and ensure delivery of the product vision through this team.   - Other dimensions of the role are- responsibility of defining and executing the product portfolio roadmap considering business needs and customer impact, working to identify and resolve cross-product conflicts proactively.   - Expected to quickly develop a deep and current understanding of the company’s business strategy so as to ensure that the product strategy directly supports business strategy.   - The role will involve working in / leading cross functional teams hence ability to manage executive relationships within the organization across marketing, technology and sales functions is required. Demonstrated ability in the above areas is a must.  - The candidate is required to have about 12-15 years of experience in Product Management preferably in the consumer internet space, with hands on experience in areas of Product Development, User Interaction Design, UX design, design of experiments and Project management.   Education: MBAs with an engineering degree from top tier institutions preferred.   Job Location: Chennai
