Drive and implement the process to shape & manage online offerings of the network, both from buyers as well as sellers perspective and ensure that there is a steady growth in user traffic & engagement on IndiaMART.com  Job Summary:  Develop & execute strategy for marketplace development and its P&L and business performance  Driving high growth in marketplace usage, traffic, user engagement and market share  Direction & roadmap for product development mobile strategy  Brand connect to build IndiaMART.com as the de-facto destination for discovery  Devising & execution of monetization & revenue generation plan  Alliances - partner companies for traffic generation, lead generation, co-branded properties  Desired Profile  BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA in Computer Science or related field from IIT, DCE/DIT, NIT or other reputed institution  7-9 years of experience in building highly scalable web-based systems.   Start-up experience in leading an online product is an added advantage.  Experience: 9 to 14 years  Locations: Noida
