Job responsibilities:  Planning:  - Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the specified region  - Develop sales targets for the branches within the specified region  - Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each branch in the specified region against identified targets  - Implement incentive schemes for bank employees within the specified region  Strengthen relationship with Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks:  - Manage & enhance relationship with the Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks  - Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales  - Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of the partner banks  Sales growth and cost management:  - Ensure achievement of sales targets for the specified region  - Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional campaigns within the specified region  - Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Managers/ CROs and discuss with Business mangers/ CROs on backlog, customer feedback, and other insights from field force  - Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations for the specified region  Customer satisfaction and retention:  - Monitor satisfaction of the specified region customers through a customer satisfaction index based on parameters such as customer complaints  People Management:	  - Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Business Managers in line with the overall recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per the plan  - Resolve any issues related to the Business managers/ CROs  - Ensure CROs meet their training requirements  - Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation  Key Performance Indicators:  Qualitative:  - Relationship with CROs/ Branch Managers/ Regional Managers   - Training Business Managers, CROs  - Providing support to branches/ CROs by coordinating with BL&G functionaries at HO  - Relationship with Group leadership  - Quality of proposals sourced from the branches   Quantitative:  - Cluster’s Sales Target achievement  - Cluster’s profitability achievement  - Cluster’s Sales force productivity   - Cluster’s Branch productivity   Competencies  Behavioural competencies:  - Experience in dealing with Public sector banks  - Good Communication Skills  - Experience in leading sales team  Functional competencies:  - Market knowledge  - Sales & distribution operations understanding
