Positions : Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable

Profile Requirement

- Fresher CAs with 0-1 year experience in AP process.

Profile Responsibilities :

Vendor & Employee Accounting :

- Correct Invoice booking under appropriate account codes

- Ensuring correct payroll accounting

- Ensuring correct deduction of taxes

- Timely payout to vendors/employee as per defined SLA/TAT

- Timely payout of rent and electricity

- Timely closure of AP Module

Expense Provisioning

- Ensuring adequacy of provisioning on monthly basis

- Driving SLA's With various departments for timely and adequate input information required for book closure

Critical review of Key Reconciliation to ensure proper fiscal discipline:

- AP-GL Reonciliation

- AP Accrual Reconciliation

- Other Control account Reconciliation
