India Operations Head/Director/Sr Director - Project Management - IPC/Real Estate

We are seeking candidate for the position of all India Operations Head for Project Management with leading IPC.

Opportunity profile is as under :

- Engineer/Architect

- 15 + Years of experience.

- Excellent communication skills - spoken and written

- Should have the direct experience of managing large teams, over 300-400 people.

- Should have the experience of dealing with multinational clients.

- Experience in reward and recognition

- Person responsible will be responsible for all India PM operations management

- IMS implementation management

- Client interface for operations and escalation/issue management

- Person responsible will look after implementation of all prescribed processes and systems Institute new/effect improvement in established processes and systems Employee technical training, L&D Rewards and recognition willing to travel across India at least 7-8 days a month.
