Job Role :

- Working with wealth managers to identify opportunities for M&A, buy-outs, PE fund raise, promoter financing, structured equity, capital market deals

- Approaching clients with suitable thought processes and securing mandates

- Independently lead executing the mandate end-to-end

- Reporting to Head of Corporate Advisory Team

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Ability to work across sectors. Candidate may have focused on specific sectors in the past assignments such as logistics, consumer, healthcare, pharma, logistics, IT, renewable energy etc.

- Understanding of financial markets and valuation

- Experience of managing deal processes - Preparation of collaterals, approaching counter parties, negotiation, documentation, etc

- Knowledge of structuring of deals in accordance with local laws

- Experience in creating new ideas, pitching and execution of deals

- Engineering/CA Plus MBA from top 10 business schools

- 7-10 years of work experience in Corporate Advisory

- Self-starter and ability to work independently

- Aptitude to share knowledge, train team members and give them opportunity to scale up is critical
