Key Experience
10-15 Years Of Leadership Sales/business Development Experience, Specifically Leading Multi-million Dollar Sales For Stb And Related Products To Regional/national MSO/DTH Providers.
Key Position Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of sales targets through sales planning, identification, qualification and closure of sales opportunity for all large enterprise accounts
- Lead the design of and execution of go to market- strategy for the entire product portfolio across the key customer segments
- Enhance revenue through growth in customer base across all customer segments and product segments
- Drive the implementation of sales strategies for meeting sales, profit, revenue and collection targets for STB from DTV service providers
- Ability to hold/ lead independent conversations with C level customer contacts as well as internal stakeholders to nurture large deals basis the above.
- Set and communicate daily targets (basis the quarterly/monthly plans) to team and monitor sales performance
- Ensure build-up of pipeline with potential conversion accounts & new order prospects; and monitor the status of key order conversions
- Ensure product penetration and adequate stock availability
- Analyze sales statistics to assist customers in promoting sales of our products.
- Represent Company at trade shows to promote our products.
- Deliver sales presentations to key accounts and distributor branches.
- Buildand maintain relationships with key accounts, negotiate and close deals.
- Budgeting and Planning based on sales feedback and market potential
- Driving cost effective methods to expand reach in the market
- Manage brand effectively monitoring competitor activity, performance and market potential
- Develop and manage ATL and BTL strategy
- Resource planning and recruiting the team to execute sales strategy and plans
- Manage team, monitor performance,and provide appraisal and training

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
