And if you think you are game for it we would love to have you on board.  Following is the JD:  As a Product Manager at Indepay, you will be introducing new products by identifying potential products through a market research, generating and capturing product requirements, determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product launch and developing marketing strategies. You are expected to communicate with various verticals of the company. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers. Your core responsibility is to decide upon the strategies and get it executed by other support mechanisms in the organization.  Key responsibilities  - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth  - Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners  - Develop product pricing and positioning strategies  - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes  - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact  - Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources  - Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members  - Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed  - Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding  - Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services  Key skills  - Prior experience in Product Management with wing to wing Project management preferably for some of the leading product development companies  - Prior experience in independent customer engagement and articulating requirement to product delivery team  - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, drive change, and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations  - Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues  - Strong knowledge of trending technology & ability to understand and analyse a product  - Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must  - Should be self starter, result oriented & a strong bias for action is mandatory  Company Profile  Indepay Networks is a global financial technology company, whose innovative technology advances payments for remittance and compulsive spends by incentivizing the mass users to move from traditional cash based transactions towards a cashless platform.
