And if you think you are game for it we would love to have you on board.  Following is the JD:  Module Lead - Dispute Resolution will be responsible for resolution of all queries from both our customers and our partners. You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calls to resolve queries and to receive feedback from the stakeholders. You will be maintaining a log of all disputes resolved on a daily basis and be preparing a manual of frequently asked questions (FAQs) for reference of other team members. You will publish periodic dashboards to update the management and the team about the feedback received from the field. You will be accountable for maintaining MIS in various formats. You will own the policies and procedures to be implemented in your domain.You will be responsible for a team of executives for carrying out a range of activities, alongside, defining and evaluating their key performance indicators. You should be able to run operations effectively despite of any technology/resource hindrance.   Key Responsibilities:  - Attending and resolving queries posed by partners and customers  - Create a dispute resolution manual for resolving the mundane queries of partners and customers  - Play an integral role in showcasing Indepay as consumer friendly organization and best service provider  - Will maintain proper record of all calls attended by the team for complaints and queries  - Will provide insight to management on the offerings through publishing dashboard of the queries and complaints periodically  - Resolution of dispute should happen within the timeframe  - Understand the dispute and effectively escalate the same to concerned Department  - Maintain good relationship with existing clients  - Insure highest standards of customer communication & services  Key Skills:  - Should have a prior experience in handling team of call centre executives  - Should have worked with the dispute resolution centre of any financial or consumer facing company  - Ability to analyse the situation from macro and micro perspective  - Should be able to assess the risk involved and can take measures to mitigate the risk  - Proficient in defining the performance objectives for the team  - Should have an effective communication skills (verbal and written)  - Expertise in MS office tools like excel, power point etc.  - Can take the ownership of processes and teams performance  - Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical, technical skills  - Should be an initiator, effective executioner and result oriented  Qualification: Graduate with any specialization  Company Profile  Indepay Networks is a global financial technology company, whose innovative technology advances payments for remittance, and compulsive spends by incentivizing the mass users to move from traditional cash based transactions towards a cashless platform.
