And if you think you are game for it we would love to have you on board.  Following is the JD:  As Head Talent Acquisition of Indepay, your will be responsible for overall strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives, including management of the complete recruitment process, candidate sourcing and assessment, hiring practices, and effective employer branding. This will also include development of recruitment plans, standardization of recruitment policies & procedures,assessment of recruitment needs and bench marking salaries with the market.
