Job Profile:

- Streamlining and Preparation of comprehensive SOPs for the overall administration and Security Systems in DHQ.

- Streamlining of Operations and Administration of Club and Guesthouses.

- Introduction of Inventory Management system for DHQ, club and Guesthouses to systemise and consolidate asset identification and movement.

- Introduce new Maintenance Contract agencies for relevant functions and Replacing non performing AMC agencies for DHQ

- Implementation of Feedback and follow up system with service providers (security & Administration) with review meetings.

- Prepare a large vendor base for flexible options for procurement and works.

- Liaison with Govt Dept's and Local Administration under guidance of ERM. Security Management: Training / Security Assessments / Up gradation of Security Systems. (Deployment / Documentation / Technology)

- Develop cross-functional capabilities for taking up core HR related role.
