Salary Range: 8-10 LPA

Incedo is looking for a candidate with Experience in US IT Recruiting. The candidate will be sourcing and Identifying potential candidate for US Based long/short term contract / full-time positions.

Primary Skills

- Will be responsible for sourcing & Screening candidate for US IT hiring

- Familiarity with various job portals using Dice / Monster / LinkedIn with respect to searches & postings.

- Must hold min. 1 yr experience of understanding requirements and doing US IT recruitment

- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

- Understanding of US Tax terms

Secondary Skills

- Have experience on Hiring on requirements with IT /Telecom Engineering /Pharma Life Science and Financial vertical

- Meet and/or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly recruiting goals.
