Position Overview:

As an Implementation Project Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that ZingHR's customers derive value from their chosen solution, which is defined by effective implementation, high user adoption, and high return on investment. Through leveraging your technical and consultative skills, you will achieve these goals by understanding the customer's overall business objectives and provide recommendations on how to get the most out of ZingHR's solutions within their business environment. Successful candidates thrive on creating value for clients, have exceptional client servicing skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with stakeholders within each customer account to identify their work flow processes and business challenges to create a Business Requirements document and project plan in regards to the successful implementation of their chosen ZingHR product suite.

- Execute the implementation/configuration of ZingHR's product suite successfully for each customer account by working with Configuration Engineers.

- Independently manage a large volume portfolio of key customer accounts by engaging proactively and ensuring impeccable quality prompt delivery of services.

- Provide advice on industry best HR practices and help the customers to smoothly integrate these practices into their daily operations using the ZingHR product suite.

- Identify and prioritize accounts to engage with based on outstanding issues, growth opportunity, strategic value and renewal time frame.

- Work collaboratively with various internal team/individuals for the best interest of the customer (technical support, Product development, sales, etc.)

- Study the needs of ZingHR's customers, and help in building the product road map.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelors- Degree or equivalent

- 4 to 5 years of strong customer engagement and delivery experience on projects related to HRMS and payroll software and services

- Working knowledge on Implementation services with HRMS/HCM applications. Preferably Cloud environments.

- Working knowledge of web-based / Cloud-based (SaaS) applications would be considered an advantage.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Experience working with senior executive level personnel in customer accounts.
