Impelsys Inc. is looking for an Account Manager with good all round skills and experience to support the Regional Director in managing a number of existing high profile accounts and developing new prospects and maximizing sales opportunities.

Reporting to the Regional Head for EMEA, the successful Account Manager will be able to provide clients with an expert knowledge of Impelsys solutions and services and have a proven track record in software sales and solution selling. This is a strategic role that will involve working in line with Impelsys sales and marketing plans to grow existing accounts and proactively execute call plans/visits for new business.

The successful Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:

- To support the Regional Head for EMEA in developing and maintaining profitable business from designated accounts and achieving new business targets

- Proactively manage and grow existing accounts

- Execute plans to position and develop new business

- Setting up new prospects and initiating contact with them

- Working collaboratively with the marketing team and upsell all promotions to clients

- Attendance at exhibitions and conferences (some travel required within the EMEA region)

- Execute calling plans to meet monthly call quotas

- Liaise with all Impelsys internal touch points

- Maintaining and updating salesforce database

- Handling sales queries and setting up new prospects and initiating contact with them

The successful Account Manager will have the following skills and experiences:

- Experience in a similar sales role in software solutions would be desirable

- Excellent communication skills both orally and written and good presentation skills

- Excellent time management experience and ability to prioritise

- Proactive and enthusiastic

- Business to Business Networking

- Providing Excellent Customer Service

- Good IT skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
