Building and managing the sales team for following:  - Institutional Sales to universities and other institutions.  - End-to-end account management from lead generation to accounts closure.  - Client’s servicing and relationship management.  2.	Work closely with CEO for sales strategy formulation (domestic as well as international)  3.	Leadership role in getting clients and building the brand in the country.  4.	Assume revenue responsibility for the country.  Education and Experience:  - Experience of managing “institutional sales” team in a reputed company  - 11 – 18 years of experience, majorly in institutional sales of technology products/solutions  - Some background of technology either through experience or education  Key Requirements:  - Leadership and team management qualities   - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  - Self-Motivated and Initiative taker  - Visible achievements and high performer  Compensation: Industry Leading compensation + ESOP  Please connect for clarifications at career@impartus.com
