Job purpose :   - The Human Resource (HR) Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment at all levels, onboarding of new hires, facilitating the professional development of employees, tracking and management of employee satisfaction and other human resource related functions of the organization. Looking for a dynamic and reliable HR Manager with relevant experience to grow with the organization as the organization expands operations in India and across the globe.   - The position will mainly report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and work with Senior Management team of the organization.  Job Responsibilities and Duties :  The HR manager's responsibilities include but will not be limited to :  Recruitment :  - Identify recruitment needs of the organization and create Job Description for required vacancies  - Coordinate hiring at all levels of the organization by shortlisting candidates, organizing interviews and final selection  -Provide prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, salaries, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.  - Organize and accompany organizations management team visits to universities / colleges / training centers for Campus Recruitment  - Identify new networks within which to circulate job opportunities, and support outreach within existing networks (employee alumni networks)  - Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives  Employee Engagement :  - Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs  - Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.  - Plan and conduct recreational activities (e.g. Fun at Work, Birthdays, and Festivals) that promote employee bonding and encourage team culture.  - Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service.  - Keep employees updated on latest organization news via Email or Social Media communication channels   - Ensure implementation of people-related protocols on safety protocol, sexual misconduct, emergencies  - Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under staffing, refereeing disputes and administering disciplinary procedures.  - Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.  Administration :  - Prepare and follow budgets for HR Department  - Track Attendance and leave and support finance team with time sheets and payroll processes  - Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.  - Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.  - Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.  Training & Development :  - Analyze training needs to design work related or soft skill development programs  - Conduct and arrange training sessions on appropriate topics based on discussion and consultation with managers  - Plan and coordinate Peer Learning Sessions.
