Finalizing communication documents for the client. Briefing network team on client activity and ensuring its success. Media Delivery management.   - Ensuring preparing and implementation of plans. Media Relationship management. Strong Political media relations. Media database management. Collections as per contract terms and conditions. Creating wow factor. Ensuring 1 big idea per client every quarter.  - Ensuring support and direction to the team on improving client service delivery. Reviewing team performance on client.  - Team engagement and motivation. Identifying training needs and intimating the training team and team heads for further action and plan. Driving revenue through VAS.   - NBD presentation and ideation.
