JOB TITLE: IM Transformation Support Manager   JOB LOCATION: ESIIC, Bangalore   DEPARTMENT: IT  Salary Range: 9-12 L  BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN CHALLENGES OF THE JOB  - Information Management within Enterprise Support are undergoing a transformation of how they operate within IM and how they engage with their stakeholders to deploy the capabilities to enable the business to achieve greater efficiencies.   - The IM team are setting up a governance structure to provide a structured approach to managing the various projects currently taking place in IM.   - This governance is led by the Transformation Director on behalf of the VP Information Management and will support the IM Leadership team to provide up to date information and progress reports to other parts of .   - There is a need for a Transformation Support Manager to assist with the set up and ongoing running of this governance and provide project support for the Information Simplification Deployment project.   MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES  - To design and refine a common set of practices, principles and templates for governing the overall IM Transformation and managing the IS deployment programme   - Track the status of all transformation and IS deployment projects based on updates from the project managers on a weekly basis or timeline as agreed   - Standardize and consolidate the updates and report to management team   - Update high level roadmap based on the status updates which provides a clear way to keep track of the status of aspects of the Transformation and IS deployment programmes   - Operationally run the regular calls capturing key actions for the team members   - Update actions log and distribute it to the programme leadership team   - Challenge progress against action list, assisting the team with mitigation plans   - Identify risks and opportunities for the IM programme   - Point of contact for any ad-hoc project related queries within IM Transformation and IS Deployment   - Analyzing data to determine Value Realisation Benefits   - Manage & develop the SharePoint IM site and liaise with the developers as required to implement major changes   - Gathering information to support the project business case and evolve the IM Strategic Plan   - Assisting the Transformation Director and VP Information Management with leadership events and presentation materials  KPIS/KEY SKILLS   - Project Management   - Strong written and oral communication skills (specifically presentations)   - Strong Interpersonal Skills   - Strong analytical skills   - Ability to design automated templates, scorecard and tracker devices   - Ability to manage complex tasks and distil complex information into actionable plans, while maintaining precision and focus on detail   - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a time sensitive environment   - Ability to confirm to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities   - Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating   - Ability to challenge positively as required   - Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.  REQUIRED SKILLS  - Overall 6-10 years of experience in the industry  - 2-3 years working in a project management area   - PMO Experience  - Education – Graduate (BE / Btech) / MBA   - Must be an expert in PowerPoint & Excel   - Project Office Skills Advanced  - Clarity user experience   - SharePoint user experience   - Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment   - Experience of virtual/remote working to client  KEY INTERFACES   - Project Managers within IM   - Global PMO for Enterprise Support & IT   - Enterprise Support PMO   - IMLT (Inc Transformation Director & VP IM)   - Central Functions LT/PMO as appropriate  Mail resumes to sajith @ spectrumconsultants.com
